Cancellation Policy for Dinas Accommodation

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! To ensure a smooth booking process for both parties, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required. This deposit is charged at the time of booking and secures your reservation.
2. Cancellation Terms:
   • If you cancel your booking, the non-refundable deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
   • Cancellations made after confirmation will result in the loss of the deposit.
3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show on your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged the full amount of the booking, and no refund will be issued.
4. Early Departure: If you choose to leave earlier than planned, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
